Terrible employees, left without eating. We asked the employee to keep our sandwich away from meat, she gave a weird gesture. I... asked about the gesture and she then started talking in her native language, like Spanish, with the other employee and that'swhen I walked out of there. The subway is all right but this is happened a few times where I go to order a sandwich and they think I?m saying the Italian... sandwich but I?m asking is for the Italian urban cheese bread for A sandwich. I came here to redeem a coupon, and the older Latina worker straight up created her own rules to the coupon and refused to make... me any subs besides a select few. The coupon clearly says excludes pit smoked brisket and nothing else. She literally refused tomake me my first choice sandwich because it was a DOLLAR more. The difference between 8.49 and 9.49. Ultimately, I asked for aBMT, ate it and was hungry 30 minutes later. Had I gotten my chicken bacon ranch with 400 more calories. Maybe I wouldn't be asupset. Please please please reprimand this woman. To be clear it was the older Latina worker, I didn't catch her name as shedid the bare minimum and passed it off to the younger Latina woman who was great. We never have a problem with our food or service from this Subway. The customers are rude and ignorant at times though and that... just makes me tip more profoundly obvious. Parking was packed today but there is nothing wrong with a little walking. I'd giveit 5 stars but all Subways have low portions of meat it seems unless you order double meat. Read more
I like how they close at 11pm. They have 2 dedicated parking spots right in front of their entrance, their parking spots are... always available, on top of the rest of the parking lot structure. They make the sandwiches fairly quickly and are nevermissing any ingredients. They take Groupons. The store is well kept and overall a great place to come and eat. Read more
Very unfriendly and rude staff. Poor service. Food and taste is Subway level though.
