I come here often on the way to work and the last two days were terrible. I order a pumpkin loaf yesterday that tasted old and... fishy which means it probably had expired. Today I ordered a hot tea that was cold. Either their hot water spout is broken orthey had given me something that was sitting out from a forgotten order. ???? Read more

Twice now I've ordered ahead during their stated business hours, only to find upon arrival that they locked the doors early to... make you go through the drive through. The whole point of ordering ahead is to park, hop out, grab coffee, drive away. Not sitin a line of cars making their orders! The first time I had to cancel my order bc I would have been late to my destination. Thesecond time it happened, I decided to write this review and never go back. Read more

placed order for banana bread through starbucks app was actually in stock. qualified as 1 of 4 items for challenge. Courteous,... helpful service. Team member asked if I wanted heated up when I drove up to window. good overall experience. wait in drive thruline not looking at all. Read more

Some great staff. However?Long line at drive thru so I went inside and the music was so loud the order process became a shouting... match in order to correct the order 4 times. When I suggested they turn down the music (6:45 am) they dismissed me and then saidnext time they will turn down the music. That doesn?t help THIS TIME. They clearly are used to no one in the lobby and everyonelining up idling their engines for 5-10 minutes (climate change obviously not on their radar) Read more

Nice customer service but dropped the ball, when it comes to quality assurance. My Grande Cappuccino was more than half... foam. Needless to say I am disappointed and jonesing for more coffee. Read more

Went to the drive through, ordered for a tall coffee with a splash of half/half. Didn?t realize I drove out with a tall hot... water with half/half and a splash of coffee. It?s ok, they just misunderstood. But yuck! Read more
