I was excited when they opened a Sarku Japan in the Great Mall, I've always enjoyed it in Valley Fair before so was looking... forward to it. This place did not disappoint! The food is consistent and comes out fresh. A great choice to take a break fromshopping and refuel! Read more
Customer Service is garbage. No one acknowledges your presents until they want too. If you order Sushi dont bother them with... questions. The specialty rolls only have the tuna filling from the California Roll on top as to charge $2-$4 more for them.Also, the condiment station was gross. Everyone touching siracha bottles and throwing them back on the counter with sauce splitout. Food like Chicken and veggies littered the counter top left over from previous orders as 2 employees were just standingwaiting for something to tell them what to do. Read more
