Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I went to order chicken that suppose to come with biscuit for my daughter and... I was told by the cashier that they were out of biscuits. I asked if there was a discount since I?m paying for chicken withbiscuit and he replied this so called manager without a name tag said no discount it?s not his fault I came when they ran out sono discount. Tried boneless chicken nuggets, had butter in it. Tasted good , but I couldn?t have more due to butter flavor.

Popeyes did it again. Great food at an even greater price. We were shopping and decided to stop by the food court for lunch.

Updated 3/8/22 Lobby and dining areas are currently closed while every other fastfood chain is fully openned. Drive thru open... only. There is no outdoor seating. Self-service fountain drinks. The clean dining area is bright and open. There is plenty ofparking in plaza and in the extended parking lot. Read more

This review is for my visit before the pandemic. Haven't visited the Great Mall since the pandemic although it is in walking... distance to me. Anyway, I tried the chicken sandwich when there was a line in almost every Popeyes location. My honest opinionis that it is OK but it is really more like a hype. Very successful marketing though. Actually, my favorite item in Popeyes'menu is the cajun rice. Hope the pandemic is over soon. Read more

I got the $10 tenders box which had 6 tenders, 2 biscuits and 2 sides. Easily enough to feed two people. I chose the corn as a... side and that was a mistake. It was watery and tasteless. Tenders were delicious; golden and crunchy. Biscuit was soft and warm,with just the right amount of salt on top. Drink not included. Service was friendly, but a little slow. Tasty food but tooooo salty! I like Jollibee, McDonald's, and KFC but none of their food is as salty as Popeyes's, not even... close, so think about that before you take the order. Read more
