I was in line on Saturday to get my 3 orders of bagel/sandwich. I actually stood in line to order in person. I saw there were... 6 people ahead of me, so I used the app to place my orders. I still stood in that line to wait for my turn. When it was myturn at the front of the line, I alerted the cashier that I already placed my order online, and just want to let she knows thatI am here already. I waited and waited as time passed. People who ordered after me already left and my orders were still notready. After 40 minutes of standing and waiting I approached another associate there to ask her why my orders were not ready. She said she would make it soon. After 1 hour of waiting in the store, I finally got my bagels. There were a couple thingsthat failed here today. One, they don?t schedule enough people to work on weekends. Two, the associates failed to checked thetime that orders came in. If the orders were placed at 12 pm, it should be handled before the ones that were placed after 12. If they just slow down a little to organize their workflow, then it would not cause them to make me wait 1 hour for my smallorder. Read more

Never consistent at service or bagels. I asked for Jalapeño cheddar bagel and this is what I get - 1 jalapeño on the... top. Blueberry bagel was rubbery today. Once in the past me and my wife were sick after eating their bagels. Sometimes theyare good and that?s why I keep going again after few weeks when I crave it. But it?s like 50-50% chance that it will come out tobe good. Read more

The people here seemed very nice and the service was fast, but this has been the only time I?ve been to Noah?s bagel and they... make it horrible. First off we asked for both bagels to be toasted and they were not so I cold bagel is kinda tough to biteinto. Another thing is the cream cheese, usually there?s a lot of cream cheese that goes onto the bagel which the picture on theleft got enough to cover the bagel while the one on the right barely had any at all so my boyfriend ended up throwing it away.Waste of our money for it not being made right. Fantastic collection of bagels, no complaints at all for the quality of bagels that they serve. It has been a go to place both... for me and my fiancé for bagels. Everything bagel and five cheese are my fav! However, the service we received today wasn?tupto the mark. We ordered 1 five cheese, Asiago and two everything bagels and in one of the wrapped bagels, a very small pieceof bacon (third attached picture) was found, which isn?t acceptable especially as both I and my family are vegetarians. What Ialso didn?t like is when we were waiting for our order to be prepared, I saw that a tray filled with bacon was placed right nextto where the person was wrapping the bagels. What if a person ordering is either vegetarian or vegan? When we saw the baconpiece, it also made us think that may be the person who wrapped a bagel with bacon for someone else?s order, prepared our ordertoo. It was extremely disappointing to see this coming from Noah?s. Last, because of a bad experience for ordering through theapp last time, we went inside the store to order the bagels so we can pick what?s available, today when we asked for a freecoffee that you usually get with each purchase of a bagel if ordered from the app, they denied the free coffee as the bagelsweren?t ordered through the app. I would think twice before coming again here!
