Grill city should put their combo food in a microwavable containers more convenient if your on the go for work or taking the... food home. Most of the restaurants that sells food switch to microwaveable containers . Don't be so cheap! Now the problem hereI took this to work and how can I microwave them with non microwaveable containers. The filipino food here is bomb.
Did not fulfill my order on time. Very disappointing and wasted my time. I order on January 7th around 430 pm for bbq chicken 40... pics for January 9th. I was advised to pick up at 11 am. I came around 1115 am and the food is not ready and requires to30minutes. So frustrating. Read more
Super inflated prices for basics like chicken sticks etc. Butt the seafood is usually delicious and well prepared. A pleasant... experience is dependent on what staff member you get, but again, love my Filipinos it's usually a language barrier, faked orreal???? Read more
While grocery shopping, we stopped @ Grill City for 2 pieces of the chicken inasal to go. When we arrived home I separated the... drumstick from the thigh and it was undercooked! The inside was still red! So I just put it in the oven for about 30 mins @ 325and it was done. Other than it wasn't grilled @ the proper temperature, it was still delicious. Read more

My first time in this place since we are from MO and was here for a vacation. I ordered grilled squid and bangus,they did give... me soup with rice but never a sauce or something. The food isn't bad but customer service sucks. I asked for a "to go box" sinceobviously I did not finish my food. The lady was just staring at me and doesn't know what I am asking for,so I talked in tagalog" Ate pahingi po ng box lagayan ng left over". She looked at me again and said " Doon ka sa cashier manghingi". Wow! The box wassitting right behind her all this time. I have to ask from another lady behind the cashier(since cashier was attending tosomeone else). This lady handed me a box with a very unfriendly look. Is it the first time that somebody had asked for a to gobox??? Seriously? Customer service just sucks. I will never recommend this place to anybody and will never be back. A bit ofadvice ladies..if you do not like the job you're doing,then go elsewhere and find a job that will make you happy". Read more
