Order was wrong, took an hour to get here. So cold pizza without sauce anyone? They forgot the drinks, said they would be back... in 2 mins with them and never came back. I had to call the store. Still nothing. I travel a lot and this was by far the worstdominos in the country by a long way. One star is one star too much. Read more
Incorrect order received (ordered toppings and sauce missing, incorrect toppings and sauce added). Manager did not take... responsibility and defiantly asked to take it up with customer care. This has happened more than once and hence spending time onsubmitting a review. Not cool! Read more
Order never arrived after an hour, but the tracking web page says order completed. Call them but no one picked up for another... hour on speaker. The phone system also says order completed. Website does not give refund. Instead it offers reward points butyou have to give up your personal information by creating an account on their broken website that has no security. There is nocall center service for trouble shooting. It's a scam. No, it's worse than scam. Never returning. Read more
so far I have been satisfied with all my orders from this domino. My parents enjoy the crust and taste of the pizza. The pizza... is made rather quickly too, by time I drive over there after making the app order, I can bring it home straight away to feast. Read more
I think the store is fine but the area looks shady. From outside, you can?t figure out if the store is open or closed because of... the reflective glass cover. Very deserted area. I may not visit again. Read more
Good pizza but not very good manager. Well I understand that these are tough times but the manager has to keep it together.... Being rude to your customer ain?t gonna cut it. I was asked to wait outside ?rudely? by the manager for no reason. According tohim there?s a sign on the front door that says wait outside. However there was no such sign. Undercooked pizza, terrible experience. Domino?s is definitely better than this. Tried to confront the manager. He arrogantly... tried to justify by saying handmade pizzas are thick and likely to be under cooked. Which is wrong for the fact that i eat onlyhandmade pizza at dominoes for years. First he said give me the proof for a refund and when i sent him the pictures throughemail he straight away refused to refund stating bring the pizza to the store.
