Cold Stone Creamery is our go to place for ice creams when in Great Mall. The selection of ice creams here is simply awesome.... The cake dough flavor is my new favourite. The ice-cream is just ok, very basic flavors and nothing goes above and beyond. So I think it is absolutely overpriced. Above... that, the staff who served me was also impatient and made me feel not respected. Just don?t understand why people work incustomer service wear a grumpy face. Read more
Store staff dropped the icecream twice. Trashed it both the times! And eventually made icecream with big cake chunks impossible... to chew! Sad that such an amazing concept creamery has such unprofessional staff! Just train them well to chunk it up!! That?sthe crux of your business! Read more
I want to leave my complaint with the cold stone customer service Great mall in milpitas ca. A clerk was super rude, don't wait... to finish picking my order, said he was waiting and said it was to go sideways, said a minute and left and left me and made myhusband and my son's order, being that the line was huge and I waited with my family for a long time before being met. A certified icecream lover has no words to describe about the experience at Cold stone creamery. Right at the entrance of door 6... at Great Mall, the place is usually busy and always has people waiting in line. There is a sofa seating nearby which gives agreat spot to take a break from the shopping spree and have an icecream. The shop has a lot of usual flavors as well as specialones. It can be bought in three different sizes, and the smallest itself is a good mouthful for a person. The shop providesoptions for add-ons and is served in cup or waffle cup or cone. Being a chocolate lover, I bought a signature creation calledchocolate devotion full of chocolate icecream with chocolate brownie and fudge. I chose a waffle cone for my icecream dish. Itwas yummy and tasty and chocolatey. I would definitely buy during the next Grear Mall visit, and maybe try another flavor. Read more
Ice cream is great as usual. It wasn't crowded. But that's probably because we visited on a Monday afternoon.
