Best wedding cake (and cupcakes) EVER!!! When planning my wedding, I assumed I would not be able to eat my own cake. Having... dairy and gluten issues, I'm used to not having options. Then I asked Kristina. She not only prepared the perfect cake, theentire experience was a pleasure. From tasting, to color and flavor choices, and all (there were a lot) my questions, she wasprofessional, prompt and amazing. We even coordinated food for the bridal party the day of! The cafe has deteriorated in the last two years. I have decided not to go back. As soon as I walk in, someone starts... complaining. When I phoned in an order, it was not ready. They didn?t start making it until after I got there and after theyserved the people in line. The smoothies no longer taste good. It used to be pretty nice in there. I kept trying because Iliked the owner, Sean, and, I like to support small business. Even, he, no longer bothers to greet me, just rushes in and out.Disappointing. Read more
Cozy cafe serving an assortment of smoothies, coffee, baked goods, and sandwiches. Other specials offered daily. Vegetarian... options were plentiful. There is a children's menu. All ingredients are listed on the paper menu. We drank smoothies and kidsate chocolate chip pancakes. Lovely spot to bring family for a quick bite. What a wonderful hidden gem! A tiny but mighty kitchen with an amazing amount of gf and vegan options and just all around yummy... goodness (salads, bowls, smoothies!). All portions were very generous (my meat lovers burrito was huge but didn?t feel heavy andI finished it all!). Definitely make a stop here on your way in or out of Bethany beach! What good can I say about this place? Certainly not enough. Kristina and her team are always friendly and happy to see you;... regardless of how crazy your order is! The food is a combination of home style cooking with a dash of gourmet and offers a menuto satisfy any craving. Not only is their food excellent, but they give back to the community through various events theythemselves operate. Great people doing wonderful things- a welcome addition to our little DE town. Small shop with no dine in space but has pleasant seating outside. You are able to wait inside on a bench or outside at one of... the tables since they call your order via PA system. Everything was very simple and the staff were extremely nice. I Got theNova Bagel and my husband got the hungry man's breakfast. I would recommend ordering the Nova with less cream cheese if youdon't like eating half a stick of cream on your bagel at one time. The hungry man's breakfast looks small but was pretty fillingfor my husband who is basically a food vacuum. Overall we very much enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere of our breakfast. I love their bacon, egg and cheese bagels here! The bacon is like no other!! I had an amazing breakfast veggie burrito the other... day which was just perfect.
