It was an insanely long line and the quality of the food we got wasn't at all worth the wait. They screwed up part of our order... and while I'm guessing they might of offered to fix the order I quickly realized that I didn't really want to go back and wastethe time and energy to likely be dissatisfied again. When you are busy I should at least expect hot food while experiencing abit of a wait. This visit was an impulse trip because I hadn't eaten at a Hardee's in probably 3 decades. This place has really gone down hill and it's a shame. It's the only Hardee's left in the area and we were truly disappointed... by our recent experience. We ordered food for our family dinner ... burgers, fries, onion rings and chicken tenders. Thechicken tenders were not tenders they were like bits and pieces and the fries and onion rings were completely cold to the touch. We actually got back in the drive-thru line (only option since they haven't reopened the lobby since COVID) so they'd make usfresh sides. It took a few extra minutes but at least they were fresh. The burgers are good too, but the prices are so high! I'd rather go to an establishment where I can sit down if I'm going to be charged that much. Read more
Friendly service at drive thru window. The charbroiled chicken sandwich was good.
The only thing is that you feel rushed in the drive-thru. Dining room was closed and we weren't familiar with the menu. First... time ever having been to a Hardee's. You did miss the extra burger and fries that we ordered ,but , we couldn't go back. Theburgers were very good! Read more
Had a pleasant employee at the drive-thru, very friendly and helpful. Got the primal burger for lunch, the party tasted fresh,... better fresh tasting party than any other fast food place. BBQ amber sauce was great, the prime rib cooked to perfection, andthe surprise onion ring at the bottom topped it all off. Read more
The chicken tenders are really good..I highly recommend to get those! They were nice and hot and tasted great. The burgers were... ok... they were messy with a ton of mayo and ketchup that oozed out. The burger meat is your typical fast food burgermeat..Can't speak for the Angus burgers because we didn't try those this visit. The lobby was still closed.. I guess it wasbecause they are short on workers because they had a hiring message up on their board by the road. We had to eat in our vehiclebecause we drove 45 minutes..which was fine. We tried Hardee's chicken down south a few years ago and loved it that's why wecame here. Read more
