SO I am leaving my review really based on tonight's order which super disappointed us. I've been going to Dusal's for years and... years.. and typically always rate the food highly. That being said tonight we ordered a Sicilian pizza with the works... Ipicked it up, got to my car and when I checked it, they made it wrong. It was plain. SO I took it back in, they offered to redoand even deliver it, but my response was it was fine and I'd wait. SO I waited outside in my car... and after about twenty or sominutes they came out w/ the new pizza. When we got home, it was pretty obvious it was not a new pizza... just the originalpizza they put vegetables on top of and lightly placed back in the oven. The $24 dollar works pizza had NO meat whatsoeverbeyond just the being badly and cheaply reheated, and I am just really disappointed they'd treat their business like this. Iknow prices are up, but so are costs for consumers, and to offer to correct an error on a $24 dollar item and do it so cheaplyand badly is just sad. They are not in my typical route anymore to get food from, so I'll probably reconsider the next time Iwant pizza and stay more local because of this one really unhappy experience. Read more

The grandmas pizza is worth the trip! They do thin crust right. Not too much dough, and the sauce has taste. Mine could have... been cooked a little longer, put it in the oven at home, added fresh garlic and it?s a home run. Best in the area so far. Themargarita slice is a runner up. AMAZING FOOD! I've tried most of the slices at this point and the vodka grandma is my all time favorite, I'll go out of my way... on my way home from work to get one. . Fried burrata is insane. All the dinner specials have been so delicious, and bigportion sizes, I don't stop eating when I'm full,I stop when it's gone! The new owner Bryan is very personable and really goesabove and beyond. AMAZING CATERING! Luckily for all of us, Greg and Bryan are the new owners of Dusal?s. The guys were able to meet all my... catering needs in a relatively short period of time. I called him a week before my event explaining that needed pizza and twogluten free and dairy free dishes. Any other Italian restaurant owners may have scoffed at this or would have said that there?snot a lot they could do. Not Greg or Bryan. Greg and Bryan went above and beyond to customize and send a tray of chickencacciatore and chicken Italiano. The delivery was exactly on time. The food was great. They even recommended it going in theoven at 275° To keep it hot. Pizza was amazing. I?m very happy and will not get my order catered by anyone else from here onout. First and foremost Dusals has been going down hill for a couple YEARS now. We ordered cheesesteaks , both with only peppers and... onions. While eating my cheesesteak I knew something tasted off. Checked and there are mushrooms on the cheesesteak. Great, Idon?t like mushrooms and thank god I?m not allergic. We call store and girl puts us on with ?Alan? who is snarky over the phonefrom the get go, never once apologized. He said he can remake the sandwich or give us a gift card. Why would we want a giftcard to a place that never can get their food right?!? We didn?t want sandwich remade, we just want credit for the amount ofcheesesteak. He?s like you paid card there?s no way we can do that. I was like what are you taking about , you can?t credit thecard for amount of cheesesteak ( not big $$ we are talking like $8 for a half cheesesteak!) . He proceeds to say gift card orremake of sandwich. I?m like if you can?t credit us on card then give us the cash, no one wants a gift card to your place . He?slike we don?t do that here , that?s against our policy , I would know I work here. (Snark) We asked to speak with the ownerabove him who has always been friendly . We said have him call us.
