You know it's bad when you complain to corporate. For starters, very few people in drive thru, yet it took almost 25 minutes to... get to my order. Once I got to the window, I understood why. The girl at the window was talking with another employee aboutpersonal business. I had to interrupt to get her attention. I then asked why it took so long to order. The girl was very rudeand said," I'm the cashier not the cook. Did you want your food cooked or not?" I asked for the manager and told her whathappened. The girl started lying to the manager right in front of me and that's when I finally had it. The manager was nobetter. When she asked for my money, I said, "You're going to ask me to pay after all of that?" She got mad, said no andpractically threw the food at me. It gets better. The sides had drink cups as lids and things spilled out in the bag. Thechicken tasted like a mouth full of salt and the mashed potatoes had Cajun rice mixed in. Horrible. Unprofessional. Gross.
