Tonight my husband and I brought my son to Brick Works for his 18th birthday dinner. We had a fabulous meal and fabulous... service. Our waiter was on top of everything, very attentive, and had a good hustle. My steak was cooked to perfection, the Macn cheese was big enough for all of us to share, and my husband and son both very much enjoyed their chicken and waffles andburger. I've actually dined here several times before giving this review and I have to say this is one of my favorites. Everything I... have tried so far is amazing and I have personally tried a few dinners and the burger's. I love the Build your own Mac n cheesemeals. Everything is made fresh from scratch and its amazing. They also of course sell beer and brew it right there. I haven'ttried the boos! But I love the food!! Can't say one thing bad and I took pics. Well, we had high hopes. Crab dip is our favorite. However $15 for (estimating) 3-4oz of crab dip and 2 tiny pretzels is hefty.... We pay the same at another restaurant for twice as much dip and a full serving of chips to carry the dip. Our server was reallynice and she tried, but food just took a long time to come out in a 30% full restaurant. Will we be back? Maybe? it wasn?tterrible, but the portion sizes were just really small. Went there for lunch on a Saturday and there was plenty of room to sit on the deck and enjoy the fresh spring summer air. The... staff was very friendly and helpful; Food and drinks were on spot and fair pricing. Highly recommended! What a gem this place is. Can?t believe I?ve lived here for over a year and didn?t know about this place. The environment is... very upbeat and relaxing at the same time. Bar was clean and organized and I absolutely love these lights above the bar. Fallcocktails sound amazing, didn't have the opportunity to try them but if they taste how they sound I'm sure their amazing!!! Ihad the fall harvest salad which was absolutely delicious, very fresh and just the right amounts of dressing. I had the pleasureof tasting the chocolate covered pretzel stout which smelled like a chocolate covered pretzel, but tasted mostly likechocolate. My favorite beer was the s'mores 2.0 oatmeal stout!!!! It smelled and tasted how it sounds!!!!! Thanks for an amazingexperience!!! Definitely coming back!!! Read more
