Orderd at lunch and went to the drive thru. I ordered my combo#10, the lady mumbled something and I asked her to repeat herself.... She was like "DO YOU WANT FRIES"" in a really snotty voice I said yes of course. I drove up to the window, I waited and waitedshe was just standing there. She didn't say a word, she finally gave me my bag and I asked about my receipt. She said again in asnotty voice "IT'S IN THE BAG" and walked away. No thank yo or have a nice day... This Bojangles is awesome, Seriously! The staff was super friendly and (you could see them) working hard. The food was fresh and... amazing, everything we had. The decorations are absolutely great!! Even though the place is clearly short staffed, every member was working as a team and busting it to get all the orders out as... though it were a fully staffed restaurant. They were polite and communicative both with me and each other. My picky order wasperfect to my liking and everyone was kind. Read more
It?s amazing the difference in a place like this and a place that is good at being busy like any Chick-fil a. At 9:30 am on a... Saturday I wait in line for 10 minutes just to get to speaker. While I?m waiting I?m watching two employees smoke cigarettesnext to door(not kitchen door) finally get to intercom speaker and guy tells me ?hey it?s gonna be 15-20 minutes on biscuitshope that?s ok?. Hilarious. Go to chick fil ae there?s two long lines with smiling kids with IPads taking orders. A tremendousamount of business steadily coming in and out. It took less than 8 minutes. It was easily 3 times the business. The tale of twochickens I guess. You can certainly see which one is run better with happier employees and in turn makes better food and surelymuch more money. I let the first bad experience slide as everyone has off days, but the second experience three weeks later was even worse. I... placed an online order 45 minutes in advance for 4:55. Get there at 4:56. They seem a little busy so I'm fine with waiting abit. Fast forward to 5:15 and we are still waiting in line. We finally get our food at 5:20 and the kid at the window didn't saya word. No apology, or anything. He couldn't even say have a nice day. To top it all off, one or their employees had a big wadof chewing tobacco in his lower lip and was spitting in a cup while handling food. He wasn't trying to hide it so I'm sure hismanager and coworkers were fully aware. Completely unacceptable. I'll definitely be escalating that as high as it'll go. Would100% avoid this location. Stopped here for a late lunch at 2 pm on a Sunday afternoon. There were 6 employees standing around on the front line area.... Employee who took our order was on his phone texting while we were ordering. After we paid he just walked away. We were eatingin the dining room and he packed my order to go, packed it wirh Borounds instead of rice, then walked away and went to therestroom I guess.did not say a word to us. Another employee came up and asked what we needed. Still needed a sandwich combo.The 2nd employee got the sandwich, fries, and fixed the incorrect item. Food was decent, but absolutely no concern for custonerat all. Very sad, I used to eat at Bojangles all the time. Read more
