The chicken parm egg roll appetizer was filled with chicken and was a great value. Unfortunately that is the only good thing.... The service was non existent as the waitress Marilyn ignored us for most of the meal. The short rib was $38, which is significantly more than other area restaurants. Not only that but both of the short ribs we ordered were not rendered andtherefore had a significant amount of uncooked fat. After eating less than five bites it was clear I did not enjoy the dish, butthe waitress acted as if she didn?t even notice and did not even stop to ask everyone how it was going or to refill our drinks.At the end of the dinner the manager asked if we enjoyed everything, even though it was very clear that neither of the short ribdinners had been touched. In the end I did not want to shake the boat and demand a refund for 80 dollars worth of food, but Idid let her know that we did not enjoy the meal at all. Personally as someone who works in customer service after learning ofthis I would have automatically taken them off the bill without having to be asked. My lovely Fiancé and I have dinned here on and off for over a year now. Like all restaurants they struggle through some... staffing issues during and post Covid. However, the quality of food didn?t change a bit. Everything I?ve had to eat here hasbeen delicious, especially their pasta dishes. The special we had tonight was the Parmesan crust Chicken Caprese dish and itwas perfect. I hope they add it to the regular menu ???????? The wait staff and owner were friendly and speedy! The presentation on this Chicken Special really should say it all. Generous portion for the price, delicious food and even... though our waitress was also the bartender, incredibly attentive to our dining experience. Everyone, everywhere, is shortstaffed these days, but Primavera continues to shine again and again. Read more

I could not ask for a more perfect day to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Jennifer, the Events Coordinator, did a... superb job making this event flawless. She took the worry out of my hands and gave great suggestions to make it work perfectly. There were many great compliments on the quality and quantity of food and how beautiful the ballroom was by way of decorationand lighting. It was a fabulous day. Read more

We had a reservation for seven to celebrate my daughters birthday. We needed to eat outdoors due to Covid. They had a lovely... outside table. However there was a cocktail party going on right on top of us with 30-40 people standing on top of us drinkingand eating. They were very loud and noisy. They were there entire time. They were so loud we couldn?t even hear each other. Itcompletely destroyed the happy occasion. We were outside due to some elderly people concerned about Covid. However, there wereso many people standing way to close to us than the experience was terrible. Shame on them. If we knew this event was takingplace, we would not have come. I live in Millis and, at this time, plan on never going there again. And warning others if theyare planning a Celebration there. I do not recommend using Primavera or the vendors they outsource to for catering and tent rentals. I ordered the Caveman BBQ... package for my daughter's graduation party - the food was awful. Most of it was inedible and I didn't serve it. The mac andcheese was burned and dried out, the corn on the cob was grey and water-logged, the "quarter chicken" was chicken pieces andparts - dry and overcooked. It has been days and they still have not come by to remove the tent. The wooden tops of the banquettables were peeling and shredded. Fine if you are covering them but for the amount they charge, it is a crime. Thecommunication between the restaurant and event planner is awful. I got a one line email sent from her phone telling me when thetent would be set up. The food arrived 1.5 hours early. I was told it would arrive be set up 30 minutes before the event. Thefood sat in my kitchen to get cold and dry out. Terrible all around. Read more

Super bad food and service. Waited over an 1.5 hours for 4 entrees. The waitress brought only one of the 4 entrees and the other... 3 dishes came approximately 15 minutes later. When we mentioned that the first entree was now cold she responded with ?youshould have started eating it when it came to the table.? The side dishes of mushroom risotto had a sour flavor and was notedible. The waitress did not offer a replacement. The manager was there but never came to the table. The hostess gave us drinksand desserts on the house which was a nice gesture.Overall we would not go back. Many others local restaurants in the area withway better food and service. Read more
