Louies have some amazing Pizza The way they cook it is fairly unique for the area most of the ovens in the pizza places around... Louie's uses a fairly expressed version of cooking versus what Louise does which seems to be more of a coal-fired type Pizzawhich ends up coming out really good I wish they had some gluten-free options that were truly gluten free as well as sometimesthey can take a little bit of time to get your order but I think mostly it's worth the wait Read more

Louie?s has always been my go-to pizza place, but recently it?s been going downhill. I ordered a Grecian and it came out... genuinely terrible. It must have been a mistake because I usually love that pizza! Anyways, the pizza was room temperature atthe time of purchase because they left it resting on the counter. It had almost no sauce on it and the toppings were poorlydistributed; one bite I?d get nothing, and the next I?d get a mouthful of garlic. Also, the pizza barely had any feta on it. $20for a pizza with no meat and skimpy toppings? The value just isn?t there anymore. I hope Louies can get back to what it used tobe. Read more
