First time here and the food and service was good. Salsa was different than most places, it had a sweeter taste to it. We sat... outside and it really enjoyed it. We'll return for sure. Read more
The outdoor patio is lovely. The service was good. The portions were generous and delicious. My only complaint is that the... Margaritas were probably the worst I?ve had anywhere around the world. My partner and I each thought there was no tequila in ourfirst drinks. When we commented to our server about this, she said that this was a common complaint with this ?batch? ofmargaritas but she could assure us she had put tequila in. (I was a bit taken aback that the margaritas are made in a batchrather than individually.) She explained that if we wanted to taste the tequila in our margaritas that we had to ask for topshelf tequila (and there was nothing on the menu that indicated this). That seemed ridiculous to me but we asked for two newmargaritas. There was no option for adding Grand Mariner or Cointreau. They only use sour mix and triple sec. And they hadabsolutely no fresh oranges on hand. We received our second margaritas and they were definitely better than the first but wewere charged the same $13.50 per drink for all four of our drinks. I?ll certainly go back for take out but I will not bereturning to dine in. Read more
Cute little place with plenty of outdoor seating, the staff was very friendly! The food came in decent portions and was really... fresh and flavorful (the salsa had a unique flavor that I haven't had anywhere else). We figured we would finally try this place after seeing all the good reviews, and it is the most overpriced and worst Mexican... food I have ever had in my entire life. Absolutely disgusting. Hair in my kid's food. And the employee working there had theaudacity to tell me most Mexican restaurants don't serve free chips and salsa with their food. I have eaten at at least 75different Mexican restaurants and this is literally the only one that doesn't. Now I'm leaving to go buy another dinner for myfamily. Do yourself a favor and go to Acapulco's. Edit: I can't reply to the owner's response ... Nothing I said was rude orthreatening or anything like that at all. The fact that the employee is a woman who is smaller than me has nothing to do withanything. Your food is terrible and it was a really bad experience. Read more
