The white kid working at the drive thru window with what looks like a yin and yang tattoo on his arm was rude and gave me some... real odd looks when I pulled up to get my order. I don?t normally have an issue with any of the employees at this location , buthis overall demeanor rubbed me wrong. He needs to work on his customer skills a bit and maybe some re-training on how to smileand be polite, even if you?re having a bad day. Even gave him a tip despite his attitude?. Read more

Ordered medium roast coffee. Not available-would have to wait while it is brewed. In a hurry So settled for the stronger... roast. Got in car? coffee was barely warm. Trashed it. Read more
Service was awesome as always at Starbucks (at least for me) the wait time was a bit longer. Even at a super busy Starbucks I?ve... never waited this long but on a good note finally had the new refresher. Paradise Drink taste like Dole whip from Disney.Definitely recommend! Read more
Visiting from the west coast, came here with my niece for a nice cold caffinated beverage on a very hot summer day. Upon walking... in, we were greeted with smiles and hellos, while looking at the tumblers one of the teammates came over and asked if we wanteda free piece of pumpkin loaf that had been "broken" - heck yes! Haha. Then they informed us that the card readers were down sowe had to do cash or pay via the app... which who carries cash?? And I don't have app up to date, but that's ok, I was fumblingto fix that. The wonderful people working there were patient as I chuckled at the app and struggled to figure out how tonupdatemy card info - I'm not old, just don't go to Starbucks often, she said not to worry they would cover the drinks for theinconvenience... to which I said nah I got it, just give me a moment. She insisted in a very polite and professional manner. Weordered our drinks and went on our way. This is by far one the best experiences I've had in this town as well as at a Starbucksin a long time! 10 stars! Read more
8 employees behind the counter and yet unless you use mobile pickup you will wait an obscene amount of time for one drink. Oh,... and odds are they made your drink wrong too. Im my picture you can count 19 mobile orders waiting to be pi ked up while 7 peopleare waiting (and have been waiting) as well as a drive through line wrapped around the building that has not moved yet. Today I ventured out to the Millington Starbucks on Red cup day, and they were so severely backed up, BUT the crew was busting... their butts trying to handle the influx of orders with as much grace as possible. They made multiple announcements to let usknow where they were in terms of order timing and what to expect with it being ?Red Cup Day.? I hope the crew sees this andknows that they are appreciated and their hard work and diligence did not go unnoticed. Read more
