Last few months of ordering here has been disappointing. Pizza is always super thin & lacks ordered toppings.
One of the employees returned from there break without washing there hands they grabbed the two things they take the pizza out... of the oven with plus on top of that I ordered a cheese pizza and some cheese bread they both were burnt very bad so I asked totalk to the manager and they took forever to come to the front to speak with me I told him a employees returned to work anddidn't wash his hand he just look and didn't say anything to the employee about the situation at hand so I asked for my moneyback that's very nasty. Plus the manager came to the front with his shirt wide open hair and all I thought he was a cave maneverything about that situation made me sick to my stomach. Really really rude manager. I ordered online and they were over an hour late. They told me to just order it again on the app... because it wouldn?t show up on their ticket printer. It was in the system but because they didn?t have a ticket they couldn?tmake it. Asinine. Read more

I have been going here for a VERY long time now. I live in the Bartlett area, so there are quite a few other little caesars... locations. I have tried all of these little caesars out here numerous times, I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt butthe customer service is always terrible, I get so much anger and animosity from every employee, the pizzas are always burnt ordried out, and I just leave every time annoyed that I?m giving these locations my money. So I decided to drive the 45 minutesone time to the Millington location and have YET to be disappointed (it?s been a year and I have enjoyed every single pizza).The staff is always prompt and happy to serve which is really hard to find in the food industry. I don?t know why other peoplerate them so low, but compared to the other locations this is the only location I will give my money to. I will choose to drivethe 45 minutes one way EVERY time instead of the locations 5 minutes down the road from meI love this location. Read more
