Waited for over 25 minutes in the drive thru. When I finally arrived at the speaker, which was smashed and barely standing up, ... I was not greeted for another 5 minutes. After finally ordering and driving up to the window, the attendant who was the guy whotook my order, just looked at me and walked away. He never returned. Very unprofessional. The meal I ordered was meager atbest. A four piece tender combo had 2 and a half small chicken tenders and about 8 French fries. My soda had no ice and tastesflat. I will not return to this KFC and strongly recommend they close it down. Very disappointing. Read more
Worst KFC I've ever been to. When I walked in I stood at the counter for 10 minutes with no other customers there before someone... finally mumbled to me asking if I was there to get my online order. Behind the counter was filthy and even though my order wasplaced 20 minutes prior it wasn't ready for me. After waiting another 15 minutes for them to get my order together I leftwithout checking it. I should have, it was wrong. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Read more
Food was good, but the cleanliness of the store was lacking!! Floors, drink station and bathrooms dirty, dead crickets on the... floor front of trash cans needed cleaned off of food and spills. The store was not busy at the time( we were the only ones inthe store) the workers had plenty of time to clean. Very disappointed ?? Read more
Tables were as nasty as floors. Flies wouldn't Leave me or my girlfriend alone. Every table looked like smeared with greasy rag.... Floors hadn't been swept or mopped in like forever. mens Bathroom was filthy. Will not be back. Read more
This location (Millington, TN) needs to improve its customer service. It is the lunch hour yet only one car in line I?m at the... ordering station and you don?t have what you actually serve which is CHICKEN. The response is, ?we don?t have the original atthe moment? I said, I?ll take crispy then. ?We don?t have that either??. Really? I have only been to this location 3/4 times andevery time is a hott mess. Do better! Read more
Don't waste your time. This is the worst place if you want some chicken.....because they never have chicken. Next door to KFC is... Popeyes, Zaxby's, Chick-fil-A, Buffalo Wild Wings, all have chicken, hot, ready to go. The only chicken place that never haschicken is KFC. Now knowing they don't have chicken, my wife asked if I would stop there for her and get a meal. I pull in, Iwas greeted, "what can I get you?" I asked for a 12 piece meal. I was told "sorry, we can't give you that much chicken, we haveyo save some for the other customers!" ???? What kind of establishment are you running that a 12 piece meal is going to make youclose the doors? Read more
