Staff is always polite. But the food is honestly mediocre.. some days disgusting. Lacks flavor. I ordered a strawberry shake,... good. Chicken sandwich combo: Chicken breast was extremely dry, no seasoning. The bread was so hard and stale. The Buffalo saucewas sooo salty. The French fries were over cooked and EXTREMELY salty. And this wasn?t just a bad day, it?s always likethis. I?ve ordered the sausage & gravy biscuits once before for breakfast ? lacked flavor nothing but pepper and salt added. 2stars only because the staff and strawberry shake. Read more
I literally just left out of Jacks not even 5mins ago. I ordered a ham biscuit add egg and cheese with a large lemonade in which... sweet tea and lemonade any size are being advertised for $1 on Thursday? I get my receipt the large lemonade was $2.69 so Ioverlooked that? I get to where I?m going and opened my food and it?s very sloppy and poorly put together. I've eaten at Jack's in Millington many times since they opened. The food is always good and well prepared. The service can be... awful at times. I went there today about 9:30 AM to pick up breakfast. I was alone at the register. I asked for a take out orderthat included a breakfast special with sausage, a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and a side order of grits. That's all. I askedfor the order to be to go again before I paid. Three customers came in after me and were served while I waited. Finally theygive me my breakfast order on a plate. I told them I asked for the order to be take out so they dumped my breakfast in a to gobox. They then handed me my breakfast and the biscuit in a bag with no side order of grits so I had to wait on that. I washanded the grits and was told "here." No apology, no thank you. Nothing. Most of the staff were laughing and having a big timeand not paying attention to what they were doing. Very careless and rude. I doubt I'll go back. Read more
Drive-thru was quick. I got the chicken fingers meal and the chicken was really good, tender & flavorful. Biscuit was fresh &... tasty. My 2 sides: mashed potatoes/gravy was good, but I wasn't a fan of the cole slaw-absolutely no taste. They forgot to giveme my bbq sauce. Read more
Best chicken in the area. It's still a new store, so mistakes happen. They are fast and usually good filling up the bags. Very... friendly, awesomely clean, every is busy. Didn't see any sad faces.....they prepare the biscuits behind a window by hand, andthey are delightful ????. Price is acceptable..... worth the drive. Jacks food is amazing! The service is just as great, my only concern is that over half of their employees were not wearing any... protective gear as far as gloves and/or mask. I think it?s disgusting to touch sauce packets/containers with you bare hands &place them on top of someone?s food. Other than that the experience was great. Read more
First time visiting and even seeing this place. Thought it was Jack in the box. But went through the drive through and the... workers were very very friendly. Handed me a menu and I was able to place my order. The worker at the payment window wasn't asfriendly but still nice so no complaints about the service at all. Now the hot honey chicken sandwich was not good.... At all. Not sure what it was about it but it was not enjoyable. The fries were decent and fresh. Sweet tea was very sweet but i expectthat from fast food places. Not sure if I'll visit again. Read more
