Poor experience. I travel for work so I order dominos from quite a few places across the country. This is one of the less... favorable experiences. They don?t honor the coupons, and they had the door locked (not even close to closing time.) probablywill not return. Read more

Seriously the worst location I've ever had to deal with. I didn't gripe the first two times they messed up my order (missing... sauces, missing toppings, etc), but on the third time, I drove back to the store to show them their mistake. I was told therewas nothing they could do about it. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they were too busy (Friday night) and to "Callcorporate or something." I did. Corporate was great, this location is miserable. Something's wrong with management here andthat's apparent from all the 1 star reviews from the last year. Read more

Good luck getting drinks or dipping cups when you order online. They always "forget" them and then want to get an attitude when... you ask them to make another delivery for the items you ordered. Read more

Has anyone else had a bad Domino's experience recently? I put in an online order this afternoon. I had a previous order where... the team forgot a pizza and then forgot about my husband who was in the car waiting for 20+ minutes. The manager on duty thatnight gave us a free pizza that she said had to be ordered via phone under my number. I called to add a free pizza to my order.The store said it had to be online. I told them that it wasn't that kind of pizza and they would not help me. I asked to speakto the manager on duty (Trish). She said the same thing so I asked to cancel the order. She said it would take up to 2 - 10days for my refund. I told her to cancel because I had tried to order the pizza 2 times before. She then hung the phone up onme. I drove to the store and asked for the canceled receipt. Of course, she didn't have one. I also asked for the number to thedistrict manager. I will be watching my account like a hawk. Their service has definitely gone down. I know good help is hardto find, but goodness. Read more
