Came here last night and had a coupon for 20 piece meal with five large sides and ten biscuits. After waiting 20 min for my... order I received my food and got home. The chicken was Absolutely disgusting old and could not even chew. The biscuits wereextremely hard and the sides were barely filled! Very disappointed after spending almost 50 dollars on food that should not beeaten!!! The cashier was very helpful despite the manager was yelling at him. It's been a couple of years since I've had KFC. Maybe the recipe for the Original has changed. In my opinion, it isn't for the... better. Chicken is dry and nasty. Even the Cole slaw had a funny after taste. The best thing is the lemonade which actuallytaste more like a lemon soda. Since when is lemonade carbonated? The biscuit was hard. Never again!! So tonight my friend had a Uber eats order so we went to go get it and when we got there I had to beep my horn to get the lady... attention inside to see if we could get the order that was sitting directly on the countertop, and we made sure we went over thelist of items that the person was suppose to receive, and everything was inside the bag on the countertop, and she refused togive us the person food that they already paid for just because she wants to take the food home that is downright disgusting Hadus wasting our time our gas just because she?s pressed to take the food home. 5 o'clock in the evening. No iced tea. No Mac and Cheese. How is that even possible? Everyone was playing around in the back.... Took awhile before anyone even noticed I was at the counter. Average chicken joint. Better to eat in because drive thru is lacking. The food is good when it's made right but it's a gamble.... Their newer food options are kinda crazy but its expected from kfc. Too bad they dont have grilled chick ed n any more. Theservice was surprisingly good though. KFC is strange because you'll never have the same experience twice and this goes for alllocations.
