Very clean and friendly environment, as well as excellent quality food. Don't listen to all the nay-sayers and debbie-downers:... they are most likely difficult people in general who are never happy wherever they go. Abhorrent customer service. The manager has zero control over her employees. The employees are a bunch of immature young teens.... I?ve never received such appalling and disrespectful service. Wendy?s should be ashamed that this is the standard of service itallows at one of its establishments. Entire staff deserves to be fired. Read more

I go to wendys more than any other fast food restaurant because i believe that their burgers are just better in my opinion. But... this specific location always charges more and doesnt let you do any customizations at all. Every single other location im ableto get a biggie bag and swap out the drink for a water bottle because i dont have cupholders but they refused. And i also liketo swap out the fries for cheese fries and they just refuse. Every other location does it. I will drive past this location andgo to a different one. Read more

The best time to go here would definitely be early lunch time, where everything is more orderly and less room for mistakes. At... nighttime this location can be pretty mistake prone. The foods typically good except when you go at night its usually rushedlooking and fries are poor. An example would be a lunch time baconator having 6 slices of bacon and a night time one having 3. Stopped in today at 1130am and ordered the chili. Normally it's great with lots of meat, but today it was all beans. Terrible. I... hope they aren't trying to save money by adding more beans and less meat. I hope it's better next time or I'll have to get lunchsomewhere else. Read more

Saturday in the 3 afternoon slow and 9 employees standing around still messed up my order cashed me out by accident had to wait... for manager to fix it 10 minutes later and $28 I got cold fries and sloppy sandwichs. Thank you employee Joe your customerservice skills I blame on your boss your too young to expect more..now I know why I don't eat here..and this Wendy's is ownednot franchise..I see the owner cares not for training here or at the mastic location..sad Read more

Staff is extremely rude. Had a coupon for bogo for $1 sandwich. They scanned it on the app but the coupon would not work, the... lady behind the counter would not just override it because I was told they were not ?affiliated? with the app. Came back to giveit a second chance and placed an order through the mobile app. The indoor dining closes at 8 pm so we had to wait on the line.When we got there the line was wrapped around the building but there was no one at the window. Drove up to the window to justpick up our mobile order but was told that ?we?re going to have to drive around? and wait on the line. Apparently they don?tstart the mobile order until you get to the speaker, so what is the point of mobile pick up?! So we just left and cancelled theorder.
