Ordered regularly but no more. I understand that there are staffing issues but even after I called to check on delivery status... and was told food was on its way out the door, it took another 45 minutes for driver to arrive with ice cold food. If this wasthe first time, I?d let it go but sadly it?s become the norm. My business is going elsewhere. Read more
Ordered food at 5:17 delivered at 7pm, food was cold, sautéed spinach was made with frozen spinach, sauce tasted like plain... tomato sauce. Very bad experience and disappointing! In the future we will be ordering from somewhere else. Read more
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES !!! There have been multiple occasions that myself, or my friend & now tonight my... husband have ordered food with no cheese. I understand they are a busy place, but food safety needs to be a #1 priority in anyfood establishment. There food always tastes great. The wait is always long, but again, I?m willing to wait for good food ifthey get it right. They always have to remake the order cause when we go to pick it up and confirm ?no cheese? they mess it upand then ask ?are you allergic to dairy?? Yes !!!!!!!! That is why we said NO CHEESE!!!!! So tonight, after my husband went topick up the pizza waited over an hour, they had to once again remake our food!!!! If god forbid someone has a serious foodallergy, they could potentially kill someone!!! Good food, long wait, but you may die if you have a food allergy?? Come on!!Tonight, my husband informed me that literally every single employee making the food wasn?t wearing a mask. It?s mandated againright now in Suffolk County. The customers coming in were all wearing masks, just the people making the food were not !!! I needto contact the department of health for the safety issue of their food handling. We have ordered a lot of the times from here, the delivery was quick and the food was delicious. However the last several times... we have ordered the delivery has been well past the time that we were told and had to call the restaurant every time to seewhere the delivery was. The quality of the food has changed significantly decreased. We ordered a pasta with Alfredo sauce,the dish clearly had been sitting there for quite some time so long in fact that the Alfredo sauce turned to butter. When wecalled the restaurant we were given the answer I don?t know I didn?t keep track. Highly disappointed that the quality has goneso downhill. In the future we will be ordering from Somewhere else. Read more
Ordered 1 plain pie and 6 garlic knots for delivery. After waiting an hour we called for an update and were told it would be... another 20 minutes. 2 hours after ordering still no food. We call again and they SWEAR our food is being loaded. The food hasalways been great but if you are that backed up, you need to give realistic wait times. I have two young children and waitingtwo hours for pizza (they requeated) is insaine! All the could say is 'sorry its been a busy night. The experience left a badtaste. Read more
I don't usually like to write negative reviews, but I feel this place deserves it. I ordered a chicken parm hero, and not only... did the thread seem like it's been sitting around since yesterday, it also had a horrible burnt flavor from the oven. Thepizzas and rolls and stuff that they had in the displays look like they've been sitting around for a while, and appeared veryunappetizing. There are definitely better choices in the area, and I will definitely not be going back to this place. Read more
***update*** ordered pizza from here tonight and it was not that good. Was told 25 minutes and showed up 30 minutes later and... the food was just warm, not hot like it was just made, but warm like it?s been sitting out for a while. It seems to me like theyjust make up a pizza pie with left over slices since none of the crust was seamlessly put together. The pizza tasted toogarlicky and the garlic knots did not have a taste it tasted just like dough but nothing else. Also as stated below, the staffwas not friendly, the young lady behind the counter needs to lose her attitude. Not sure why today was different, could havebeen a different cook, I?m not sure, but definitely not worth $18. Will not return again, not happy how they are ripping theircustomers off. *** They must have changed around their recipes because I don?t remember their pizza and garlic knots being thatgood.
