Rudest people ever. Placed mobile order and was at the drive through 7pm Monday night and they said they were closed. 2nd time... this week. Employee threatened me outside. If I could give this place-5 stars yes minus 5 stars it would still be too much.Never ever again in Milledgeville. Otherwise love Popeyes. Just not in Milledgeville and to make things worse they still chargedme for food I never received. Would not give me a refund said I had to use the app for refund. I?m done. Lastly the employeeswere busy stuffing bags and containers for them selves. Do not go here. Read more

Went by at 11:50 am. A sign on the door says drive through only. There?s was a car in the drive through in front of me when I... pulled up. He never got waited on and left. I waited 10 minutes and no one took my order. When I drove around there were twopeople standing in the window talking to someone in another car. Neither acted concerned about a damn thing. We decided to dine in before going to see Black Panther Wakanda Forever. When we arrived there were four young people working,... one of whom came out of the restroom with wet hands. There was no supervisor on site. We waited for someone to take our orderand that took a few minutes, no one in line at the counter, only one patron dining in. The cook who knew how to drop chickenwasn?t making any attempts to accommodate our orders for spicy chicken, and the person making the attempts to drop the chickendidn?t know. Long story short the atmosphere was very unprofessional, too much playfulness when preparing food for publicconsumption. The final thing that made our party of five cancel our orders was the cook saying we may as well go to KFC orsomewhere because ?we? ain?t gone have no chicken. They don?t even deserve one star. There are 4 staffs and one manager working, we are the only customers and it took so long for... them to take our orders. When we drove up to the window to talk to them, they were so rude and made me felt so uncomfortable.The worst part is they didn?t have what we want to order, no unsweetened tea, no apple pie, no beignets so we just ended up withfried chickens. Worst customer service i ever received in my life! There are many choices in town, i hope the owner listen totheir customer?s feedback and definitely train their staffs. I left that place with heavy hearted and this is the first timethat I experienced this ugliness. Read more

The management needs to be replaced or shut the business down. The costumer service is horrible and they constantly close... early. They're always lacking on product! How is a chicken establishment always out of chicken? That's not a good look for thefranchise. Read more

They only had 3 people working so we tried to be patient & understanding. But it just took too long [we waited 30-40 minutes] &... we had somewhere to be so we asked for a refund and received the nastiest attitude!!! There was no ice in the ice machine andalthough we had mentioned it earlier on, nothing was done about it. And there was a good amount of people in there but there wasliterally no sense of urgency. If it wasn?t for the Mac and cheese, this restaurant would get a 0. They are so slow that a turtle could work there and you get... faster service. You have to wait 10 minutes or more in the drive thru before someone even comes to take your order. I sat inline there for almost an hour before I received my food and then they still forgot one of the sides. It?s just as bad in theinside as well. Popeyes is on it?s way to closing for good if the owner doesn?t do something about their poor service. Read more

Put in an online order at 8:16 food wasn't ready when i got there around 8:30. I knew i should have checked my bag before i... left. They gave me the wrong order. I had order # 60 on my receipt they have order number 61 and #62 taped on top of my receipt.THEY GAVE ME ORDER NUMBER 62. Called up there and the stank woman giving me attitude about messing up my order then when shefinally realized she was wrong. (After i told her i got video and pictures and all three receipts she wanted me to drive back upthere 15 mins b4 they closed to make it over. ???????????? not with that nasty attitude u wont be touching anything of mine letalone some food i can't see u making) and then she blamed it on they young man who gave me my food at the window. Pics below soyall can see how slow they are cooperate better refund my money in 5-7 business days at least they didn't give me a hassle cuz iwill dispute the charge through my bank. My order is 60 with my name on it as u can see they gave me order 62 u can clearly seemy order costed more and its mac and cheeses and jalapeno peppers and MILD CHICKEN is what they gave me i had Large mash andRedbeans and rice.
