Sonic wasn't taking orders. Went next door to Freddy's. Watching from the pick up window. Everyone was on their phone. Guy... fixing out onion rings wore one glove (which also operated his cell phone) and opened up the bags with his ungloved hand, sathis blue jean butt on the counter where our sad burgers were prepared. Everyone touching their face, adjusting their clothing,eatting their own food and NEVER washing their hands. How would they like it if I wiped my nose and smeared their burger withthe same hand??? this has to be the most disgusting place ever. Staff was rude and not so friendly. I normally give a tip to fast food workers... but boy did they change my mind. We ordered milkshakes and we could barley even drink them. Tasted like cheap chocolate icecream. I?ve eaten at this location a total of five times. And I believe today was the worst. First off, dining in is always a huge... mistake. But I like sitting down with my family to eat. So I tend to give it a shot anyways. I can tell drive thru takesprecedence over the dining room. Which I understand. But to wait 15mins for my food being the only customer in the dining roomis ridiculous. This is the norm when I go. Every single time. It?s always a very long wait time. The other issue this eveningwas the cashier who rung me up. She was sitting at the table looking out the window with a headset on, slowly got up when Iwalked in, made her way to the counter and seemed so disgruntled and annoyed. She didn?t speak unless spoken to (taking myorder). She was not happy the least bit. Another issue is like others pointed out, a lot of sitting around by employees at abooth. Every time I go in, they have a table specifically for them sitting. Their personal items will be on the table, and theycontinuously go back and forth between customers. And lastly, the women?s bathroom ALWAYS smells like sewage. It?s clean. Butsmells terrible. The food is GREAT! As always! The staff is usually always nice, especially when the manager is there. Burger, fries and concrete were great, staff was pretty friendly, restaurant was clean. The hours on the door say the don?t... close until 10 PM on Sunday, but at 8:00 the soda machine had been shut down, chairs were being put up and floors were beingmopped. Read more
