Went yesterday, wife and son went last week and was ok. This trip service was lacking, broken equipment (this store is 2 weeks... old). Food was dry and very sup-par. Cheese sauce was watery and lacked flavor. I really hope this location gets there acttogether. Read more
I have always loved Chipotle, however this location leaves a lot to be desired. The customer service was ok, but I didn?t enjoy... the food. Actually my first time eating at a Chipotle so not sure how to compare the food to other Chipotle. Food was on point and... flavorful. Very busy but everyone was working and friendly. I am sure some of the bad reviews was from early opening. Seems tome they got it right for us. Read more
I have never rated a place before, but this calls for it. After having a dispute with my friend over places and food portions,... we decided on chipotle cause they always give me a good amount at other locations (after a good workout it?s needed). But when Iordered, I got maybe a grain of rice with about 6 little pieces of chicken. The bowl was basically just sour cream and salsa.Really sad experience and I would not recommend. No gains will be made with this chipotle. I now have an extra tortilla and noidea what to do with it. Please give ideas because clearly there was no food to put in it. Thank you. I'm not one to write reviews. However, for a this specific chipotle - I think management should be informed of the poor service... offered at this location. I have given it two tries and on both tries the kitchen staff was loud and obnoxious, the cashier hadno clue what was going and aggressively stuffed our food into a bag too small for our bowls and the line cooks were extremelyinconsistent with their proportions. $11 for a bowl that has half a scoop of rice and 10 pieces of meat is a no go for me. I got a chance to place an order to go on the app on opening day. I think there were only 2 parking spots even available when I... got there and the line wrapped around inside the whole store. The drive through line was around the building ????. I waitedabout 45 minutes after placing my order to come. I waited about 10 minutes before I realized it was on the very top shelf (andI'm 5'2 ????). It was so, so packed in there... like barely any standing room. For the 10 minutes I sat there they got a goodfew people out the the door. The food was great, as I expected it would be, but the chips were............ almost chewy. Theyweren't warm and were kinda hard to eat. I'm still giving 5 stars because it could've been way worse.... I was prepared foranything considering it was opening day. Overall good experience. I went for opening day and used a mobile order. There were a lot of customers so I was willing to give them a pass despite it... taking 25 minutes past my pick up time, BUT the burrito was mediocre and chips were inedible. They were dripping with oil andwet and chewy. Read more
The workers there are just plain mean. My boyfriend had a gift card and the cashier complained when she had to put in a code and... was just blatantly rude to him.
