This was our first visit to a Chili's in years. We arrived at 4:00 in afternoon. Having skipped lunch we were very hungry. ... Mandolin was our server, and I suspect that she realized how hungry we were. She quickly took our order and our food was servedin short order. We each got the "3 for $10.99" special and it was more food than we could eat. We each ordered the OldtimerCheese Burger and we were not dissapoinnted. It was cooked to perfection. We upgraded the order for $2.99 and got the Dip Trio(a plate full of tortilla chips and three different dipping sauces). It was all very good and we could not have been happierwith the service and the food. Thinking maybe we had better put Chili's back on our list of places to frequent. Read more
Allison was absolutely amazing! It was a pleasure to have her as our server and get to see her take care of other tables as... well. She flawlessly handled all tables and bartended at the same time while making everyone feel cared for. My husband and Ijust loved getting to experience her personality and see her love for working with people and talking with them. She is atreasure. Thank you so much Allison, you are phenomenal!!! 5 stars for service! Food on the other hand, the appetizers were delicious, highly recommend the cheese curds and the triple... dipper combo. Our fries came cold , but our waitress took care of that and brought everyone who had cold fries fresh fries! Just ordered the boneless wings and after consuming 2 and noticing they were a little cold I decided to open them up and noticed... they were all completely raw. I told the waitress and she left my tray on the table and ordered me more. I told her I didn?twant anymore and asked for the check without my meal on it. I saw her talking with the manager and he looked at me however nevercame to my table. No apologies were given at any moment. I guess the Milledgeville Chilis is not concerned about salmonella orfood safety ???? I will not be returning. Read more
I haven't been to Chill's in over a year but decided to go recently for my birthday & this time I went the food was delicious &... the customer service was great as well. I got a to go order a few days later and got home and I was missing some food that Iordered and was charged for. I usually check my bags before leaving any restaurant to make sure I have all my food, but I wasrunning late picking my son up from work. Anyway I live in another county so I definitely wasn't driving back to get it plusthey would have been closed when I got there. I made contact with someone about it and no one has responded back to me at all. Read more
May have just been a bad night but saw my waitress exactly once. She got the order wrong. Food came out over cooked. Hostess... asked if I wanted some sauce but never came back. No one came and checked on me. Finally just paid and left.... Not myusual experience here so will give them another chance. Read more
