First time to BoJangles. The food was great, workers were polite, accurate and quick. Only major problem was the entire customer... area (from inside front door, into bathrooms, order and pick up area and all the way to the tables) the floor was VERY SLIPPERY.It was like someone cleaned the floor with grease! This location was very busy, but the staff kept everyone moving very quickly. My order was correct and the staff was friendly.
Service was very poor in the drive thru and I work retail and it's sad that if you don't want to work stay home but customers... are always priority and they need to learn about it.... Read more
I ordered a sweet potato pie...cause they're back! One lady said it'll be a 10 minute wait...I'm like ok...I got 10 minutes...10... became 20 and the Mgr walks out to my car and I ask why was I waiting 20 minutes when she said 10... she stutters sayingsomething and that they just came up! Now we all know that means it's HOT! I try to get her attention as she walks back in causeI've grabbed the lil cold box to open it...out falls a cold pie with some brown sugar on it-i even broke it open to check thecold temperature. So I go in and ask why is it cold if it just came up?? The mgr wouldn't even turn around just told the otherlady to see if I wanted another one...I mean wait another 10 for another 1. Then another girl says it's something wrong with theoven... I'm like-just say that... Staff was extremely loud and unprofessional. While your dining you supposed to be enjoying your time with others in an... establishment but instead we heard a lot of cussing and people on FaceTime. Managers didn?t even do anything about it justwalked straight past it. Even heard one customer said they not coming back because this wasn?t the first time. Nobody checkedthe lobby to see if it needed to be wiped down. We had to wipe our own table. Just all out not a pleasant experience to see withthe food being handled the way it was. Wish I could give 0 stars. Completely awful. Rude staff and food that tasted like it had sat out all day! I literally couldn?t... even pull apart the chicken it was so hard. I would not feed this food to a wild starving animal. Read more
I really like the breakfast , but I went through the drive thru, waiting 5 min, no service, I went inside, waited couple min... she said, be with u in a min, 5 min later still no service.
