My mom purchased an ice cream cake recently in celebratory of my accomplishments. We cut the cake, only to realize the ice cream... was butter pecan. The label on the packaging clearly states it consists of vanilla ice cream with chocolate cake. I have asevere nut allergy and cannot consume any tree, or ground nuts. As you expect, I could not enjoy the cake. We have had badexperiences with customer service (employees being rude and not being attentive). This doesn't surprise me; however, being oneof the few ice cream locations in a small town, I would believe customers would be treated better, and personably. Read more
This store is absolutely a shame. Not only is the A/c not working, only half of the ice cream flavors were available (probably... due to a broken ice cream freezer) and the workers there never acknowledged our existence so we ended up leaving. Read more

I ordered an icecream cake online for this location. I went to pick it up today and no one had a clue about my order. I showed... the employee what it looked like and she tried to find it in the back. She called someone and they told her let us pick outanother cake and we didn't have to pay the difference. Without going into a long detailed experience they messed up the cake andonce it was given to us it was already melting. I requested my money back. This was for my sons birthday which is today so wecame home with no birthday cake!!! Read more
The ice cream has was too pricy for me until my daughter showed me to the ice cream sandwich. They have a promotion on $2 gluten... free brownies that are delectable! And my son says their donuts are the best! Read more
Usually ok, but this location disappointed me today. My kids wanted some ice cream and milkshakes. So, I took them fully... expecting to fulfill their request. Well, they were out of several flavors, including Vanilla. Plain Vanilla. Not someoff-the-wall flavor, I'm talking Vanilla. What kind of ice cream place doesn't have Vanilla! That would be like going to a friedchicken restaurant and being told they were out of fried chicken. And, not to mention the only flavor my kids eat is Vanilla.So, no ice cream today kiddos. Sorry. I would give fewer stars if I could. 7:45 pm, supposed to be open till 9:00 get there and the doors are locked. I don't care if... there were 8-10 college kids that showed up right before is your job is to serve ice cream... if you don't want to serve icecream then get a different freakin job!!!!
