Every time I stop at this donut donuts. I wait about 10-15 minutes for a coffee. This happens in the drive through, inside, or... if I place an order ahead on the go. Don?t recommend stopping if you have anywhere to be. Read more
99% of the time the order is messed up or were missing food. Half of the staff is rude. Theres only 3 workers who are amazing.
Been going here for about a year 4:15 am. The two young ladies are always Bubbly there busy at times if not all ways clean.... Can?t say enough greatness I only hope Managers no they are a Asset to his store.Anybody that complains about this Duncan Donutshere I suggest you visit McDonald?s cheap old coffee. Overall good experience. But we asked what flavor the jelly was (avoiding an allergy) and were assured it was strawberry.... Unfortunately we sat down in the car only to discover by tasting that the donut had raspberry jelly inside. Thankfully the staffwas willing to replace with another donut. Read more
Coffee quality varies depending on who's working a few people I know make the coffees right. I'm usually never disappointed with... what I've ordered here. Aside from the egg and cheese wake up wraps I ordered and they burnt the cheese so much it looked likebacon. The manager kindly refunded me. But I would really like to know who made my order that day. Read more
All Dunkin? Donuts are complete trash and this location is no exception. It blows my mind that such a big company can care so... little about their product. The food is always disgusting, horribly prepared and wrong most of the time. Go somewhere localinstead or at least grab a 99 cent coffee and much better food from Cumbys instead.
