Just stopped here to get coffee. Waited for someone to acknowledge me. Didn?t happen. Finally asked if someone could help me and... was told there were only 3 working and they?d get to me. Probably the worst encounter at Dunkin I?ve ever experienced. I thought I ordered ahead already so I went to the store and asked... if they had an order under my name, they said no so I thought it was odd. Then I went and checked my account and it turned out,the order didn?t go through because I entered my zip code wrong under my credit card info. There was an African American lady inthe background basically yelling at me that I need to pay first before they can give me my drink. 1st of all, I never asked fora drink without them receiving the payment first. I asked if I could just order through the app right there to get the bonuspoints for ordering ahead on Mondays. The girl waiting for me at the drive through was very patient. I tried to order severaltimes but they didn?t go through because I entered the wrong address/zip code so that was my fault. I literally had my physicalcard in my hand to give it to them if the payment kept on being declined on the app. I ended up entering the right zip code andgot my drink. When the girl handed my drink, it had coffee running down my sleeves because they overfilled it and did not giveme any napkins and I didn?t want to ask for any, because I already took about 3 mins of their time already. I was cleaning upthe coffee that the WORKER spilled and the African American lady came up at the window and loudly yelled, ?Can I help you???? Isaid, ?sorry the drink spilled? and just drove off. There was not a single car behind me. The whole encounter probably took 2-3mins max. My friends and I came to this Dunkin a few times because it was convenient, and the exact same worker always had thesame attitude towards her customers. I did not raise my voice, give them attitude or demanded that I get my coffee withoutpayments first. She was honestly one of the most rudest people, if not the rudest person I?ve never encountered at Dunkin.Please train your staff better because no one deserves to be disrespected like that. I walked into a Dunkin store and a person with a manager tag on rang me up for a coffee during the $2 Pats coffee promotion.... After totaling my order it came to full price. I pointed out the discrepancy on the screen and she said when you use the app itwill come off. Okay, so I clicked on the $2 promo, scanned the barcode that came up, and got charged full price. The order goesthru at the overcharged price, to which she tells me it should of come off and I should have used the coupon. I told her I diduse the coupon. She goes, well I don't know. Um you are the manager, how about you fix the mistake. You told me it would of comeoff and it didn't. All she had to do was open her draw and given me the dollar, especially after I pointed the error before shescanned my phone. She did nothing. Read more
