I wanted ice cream yesterday , but meola's was closed ???? so today after shopping at Blackstone I stopped at cold stone... creamery, after choosing mint chip ice cream, I sat in the car enjoying both the sunshine and my huge cup, absolutely relishingeach spoonful. I ordered a custom ice cream cake with pretzels and cookie dough but there was no cookie dough or pretzel. They put NUTS in the... ice cream and chocolate chips. Clean inside, friendly staff and the ice cream is delicious. I am a fan of the sweet cream ice cream with cake pieces, cinnamon... and pecans. The location is great, there are benches to sit enjoy your ice cream outside and plenty of shopping nearby. The ice cream is delicious, if severely overpriced. The workers are excellent, both polite and efficient. The other customers,... however, are some of the rudest people I have encountered, frequently cutting in line, questioning everything the workers do,and rarely tipping. I won't be returning to Coldstone in Millbury because of this experience. Read more

Very yummy it was my first time here with my son and we both enjoyed the ice cream. My one complaint is they put so much ice... cream on my sons cup it over flowed immediately and made a huge mess.
