Reviews for Charlotte's in Millbrook, NY
Food very good other than over salted Crab Soup. Veteran Waitress needs to reread the Book of Waitress Etiquette. Grew up in a... Restaurant Family , Bartender for 10 years and it's Simy all about Attitude. Will not let one person lower my score. Rest ofStaff very cordial. Read more

Went here for mother's day with my 2 sons 6 and 3. Food was awesome and ambiance was great as well. Only downside was our poor... server had too many tables and while she was running around with her head cut off, there was a huge wait for our main dish to becleared and dessert ordered. Also didn't ask to refill drinks much. Other than that it was great. Will try again. Read more
Beautiful, cozy venue with delicious brunch. Service is excellent. The outdoors is very pretty as well. Nice, classy crowd.... Relax and get fed and spoiled. We visited Sunday around noon for brunch before wine tasting. Read more
Delicious food with that made-from-scratch authenticity. Lovely rustic décor including a paint job purposely designed to appear... worn. Numerous fine wines and ports, plus domestic and imported beer in bottles. Mahogany bar with two tables, otherwise thereis a dining room with around seven tables. There is also a room for special catered events. Idyllic garden with a spectacularview to the adjoining ranch, which must make for pleasant al fresco dining in season. Bathrooms nicely decorated, and there isfast wi-fi. Parking out front. Read more
Nothing is better than being served a meal in this serene quiet garden with the sunsetting in the horizon. I ordered the ... burrata tomato salad with just the right amount of burrata, one of my favorites followed by the veal short ribs with a tastysauce and fresh vegetables. The staff are charming and are always right there when you need them. Thank you for a lovelyevening. Read more
First time at Charlotte restaurant. We visited as it was closed to Innisfree garden. It was a great choice. Beautiful garden... eating, great ambiance, excellent food, friendly service. Definitely coming back. Read more
First of all the ambience and setting was very warm and cozy. It was gorgeous. The service was also fantastic. However apart... from the dessert, the food, for everyone we were with, was honestly bland, small, and extremely expensive for what we got. Ihad the burrata, the short ribs and the creme brûlée. The burrata was okay, but the cheese was not flavorful at all. The shortribs were kind of bland and mostly just bone with unseasoned vegetables, though the meat was very tender. Creme Brûlée wasvery tasty. Two of us had the seafood crepe which has no sauce, again unseasoned vegetables and a single crepe for nearly 40dollars. If I am paying 40 dollars for one small crepe, you need to learn how to season vegetables. This is ridiculous; thatdish should be 20 dollars. My family had heard so many great things about Charlotte's and maybe they had an off day, but thefood wasn't nearly good, and for the price it should have been amazing. I have had better 15 dollar meals at my local bar. Youcan't charge that amount for bland food that after all that, still left us hungry by the time we got home. Extremelydisappointing. Read more
