So about 2 weeks ago, I ordered 3 plates. 1 had a BUG in it, so I decided to call back up there and let them know what happened.... They were very polite about the issue and said they would replace the plate. Fast forward to me coming to get my free plate andit was a problem with me swapping my plates (which are the same price). Needless to say they just lost a customer!!! I wish I could give no star!! This location has the rudest, most unprofessional employees. I called to place an order. I ask... them to not deep fry my Yum Yum roll. The young lady said that they couldn?t do that. I told her that that is the way I haveordered it the last three times with no issue. She said that they have changed their policy and couldn?t do it. I asked to speakto the owner/manager and was told that he wasn?t there and then she hung up on me! I called back to ask once again to speak tothe owner and was hung up on a second time. I called the Montgomery store and the young lady I spoke to was very nice andprofessional. She said that the owner was at that store and that they could do it without being fried and would inform theowner. She said she would have him call me. We will see. I wanted something with some good protein for dinner tonight so I headed over to Hibachi Express here in Millbrook and got... their steak and chicken dinner which also comes with rice and vegetables. I also got two spring rolls to bring back home andenjoy with the meal. The portion of food is very generous with a lot of good meat. The flavor was delicious. The meal comes withone container of their yum yum sauce which for me was plenty for my meal. The spring rolls were also really delicious both withand without the duck sauce that comes with it. I just realized this place was here. Apparently it?s been here a while but I?ve never heard anything about it. Anyway, I ordered... for the first time 2 days ago and I was very pleased. So pleased I orders again just now and I enjoy it so much that I had tocome and leave a comment. The food is great! My favorite is Tokyo restaurant, cook in front of you hibachi and this place is asgood if not better to me. Not to mention it?s less than a mile from my house so door dash is here in no time. You will not bedisappointed eating here. Steak hibachi is slamming! For those of you damming this place because your cute little sushi rollwasn?t a perfect Michelin restaurant replica needs to get real.
