They are so rude here they gave me a broken taco. I am 8 years old kid I asked to change the broken taco for a new one and they... didn't make a new one and they put the taco in the bag like dog food. Read more

Its Taco Bell! If you like TB this is as good as they get. Was very clean and quick.

Two Taco Bells, one in San Bruno and the other one in Melbrea, the other one in San Bruno. Both failed the One in San Bruno. The... evening staff is unwelcoming towards customers. (not sure if not welcoming people is old school) They also forgot to put an outof order sign on one of the drinks. I had grabbed a cup and placed it under the spout. When I took a small drink of SierraMist, it was only carbonated water. Does anyone like this? To be eating and then take a drink of something you didn'texpect? Don't they put signs out of order, sierra Mist, or whatever is out? San Bruno staff was friendly and Polite The Personat the drive-through seems to have taken the order exactly as it was told. He even repeated it back without saying. Would youlike this or that? Precisely as it was told, he repeated. But the order was so wrong No extra Salsa on the bean Burrito andOnions when he had been told there were no onions at all wherein the Burrito, and where was the cheese? Honestly, should I notcomplain, or should I chuckle and move on? What about if someone spends their last dollar and expects a tasty drink? Or ifsomeone is allergic and can't eat the food because someone dint read the ticket. Don't ask, or somebody had not made sure towarn that the customer was allergic to an ingredient.
