I wanted to try something new around Millbrae, and this 5-star Mediterranean place popped up on Yelp. I didn't realize it was in... the same plaza as In N Out and Panera. The location wasn't the best as this was around the corner and on the street. I nearlymissed it and thought my GPS was wrong. This place gives generous portions though, especially the meats. I ordered a chickenshawarma plate and it had plenty of chicken. The flavor was pretty good, but meat was a bit dry. In fact I had to ask for moretzatziki just to offset the dryness. Wish the salad had some dressing as I was eating hummus with it. The pita bread was goodand much needed to pair with the chicken. Maybe I caught this place on an off day, but I would eat at this place again as ithas good value. Perhaps a beef Kabob next time. Read more
Will never order the lamb shank again! It appeared to have been boiled and tasted horrible! My Greek wife cussed me out for... getting this vile food and I don?t blame her! I mean who boils a lamb shank? Braising yes but not boiled. Yuck! Not to mentionthe pita bread was under baked. Very disappointed. Read more
