Shrimp spring rolls to start is very refreshing, especially on a warm night. The pho is good with a clear but rich beef broth.... The pho comes in only one size that is like a medium size at other pho restaurants. If you prefer a rice dish, Ben Tre does thefive-spice chicken very well.
