Vibe: Nice open concept. Floor to ceiling windows provided excellent ventilation and a view into the shop. Smells fantastic as... soon as you enter. All of the staff mask strictly. There is comfortable table and barstool seating for both solo and groupdiners. Service: Order was taken promptly and quickly served. My drink arrived within minutes of ordering. Food: Sweetness wasvery tame. Nice coconut milk flavor. Appreciated the 100% compostable cutlery/packaging. Ice was shaved and packed nicely. brokeinto rice grain sized shards easily without too much force. Great temp for a hot summer day. Could have been a touch sweeter.Taro was fresh, but could have been of higher quality taste and texture. Not bad, maybe i?ll try some of the other hot itemsnext time. Yummy! Can?t go wrong with Che. Lots of one hour to two hour parking available. Cashier was nice taking the order. Able to add... number for 5 stars, which is great considering quite a few businesses took that option away. Nice seating available, eitherbooth style by the window or sit down in the middle. One unisex restroom available to use. Read more

Absolutely delicious watermelon and lychee drink that I unfortunately forgot to take a picture of. They have a 20% discount... Monday through Friday between 3 and 5 PM. If you want a slightly better deal, perhaps you can go to ring the happy hour.Otherwise, my regular size drink was $6.75. Read more

I never ever found bad service staff like this before. He is not repeat confirm order and make mistake about sweetness. I order... 75% but he give me 25%. this miss Its ok but at last he call only number for let me get tea with angry voice twice! and withoutany word when i go to get product at counter. Its happen with another shop staff will say someting ex: enjoy..have a good day orsomething but he didn?t say anything with kind of angry face. i hope you dont do with another customer like this anymore!service smile friendly staff we need.
