Lam's kitchen is our absolute favorite restaurant in Mill Valley. Mae is the sweetest person ever and you can taste the love and... kindness in the food. I'm a vegetarian and she is always so helpful in either altering a dish to fit my needs or recommending adifferent one that she thinks I will like. Her husband, the chef, never disappoints as I've never not liked something from hiskitchen. I'm pretty sure I've tried just about everything vegetarian on the menu at this point and it's all delicious. Myboyfriend, Bobby, is not a vegetarian. He always orders the orange chicken or the general Tso's chicken and the chow mein. Maewill also recommend things for him as well if he needs a change. Seriously, best Chinese food in the area.
