I've been eating at joes taco lounge for 16 years about 2-3 times a month. I honestly love their food, the atmosphere, and how... close they are to my home... but today will be my last meal from there... I got my to-go order and headed home to find someonehad taken a bite out of my quesadilla... I promptly returned, gave them the food back and they made me a new order while Iwaited and watched. It's a tasty local treasure with friendly people, great atmosphere, and fantastic food that won't break the bank. Absolutely... love their innovation and powering through the pandemic, and they truly are a wonderful part of our community. Stopped by this place after catching some waves at Stinson beach. I was craving some fish tacos and my friend who is a local... recommended this place. They have a nice front patio where you can enjoy the food in the great weather. I had the vallartafish tacos and the horchata and those were delicious! I?d come back here for those. However I tried my friends?s food, thecarne asada and pollo tacos and burritos and they were just okay. Also had chips with guacamole and that was also not very good.The carne asada was a bit chewy and potentially because they were cut with the grain. And the guac tasted a bit bitter and notfresh probably because they are puréed for efficiency. Come here for the fish tacos though! Read more
Was super hungry and Joe's delivered! The fish taco and the blackened shrimp tacos were delicious! The street corn was cold and... a little disappointing. The corn cake and churros were great though! Would definitely eat here again. Read more
Indoor and outdoor seating available. Lots of menu items to choose from. The chicken tostada and the grilled snapper tacos were... the winners at our table. If we were local we'd definitely be back! Read more
I eat here all the time, mostly for the atmosphere. The food is just OK. That said, we had an 10 year old gift certificate and... they didn't use that type anymore and refused to honor it! I don't even think that is legal.... Read more
