Not the traditional Japanese restaurant. Very limited menu. Sushi rolls were large and delicious. Audrey provided great service.

Excellent cuisine. Fine service. An overall fine dining experience. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend this place.

Ordered the ramen and salad. Ramen had ONLY half a boiled egg, 2 scallion bits. Where does the other side of the egg go? It... smelled awful and not even soft boiled the way ramen eggs are. So on top of not even getting the whole egg, it had a bland milkytaste. The salad was just lettuce, cucumber and cooked salmon. Stick to the sushi, maybe. Read more

From now on, every time I order crab, and I get that imitation mystery seafood meat instead, I?m giving a one star review. If... it?s advertised as crab, it should be crab. Also, the cucumbers in the salad were rotten, and the host didn?t tie up the bag formy to-go order and the containers fell all over the place and just made a blob of food. The Alaska rolls were good. The Wellington was amazingly delicious! We had other rolls as well that were just as amazing,but I'm sure that roll will always... be one of my favs. First time visiting and we really enjoyed our sushi rolls. Read more

My husband and I randomly found this place on the way home from a camping trip. The food was very good, the miso soup is... probably the best I have had. The service was good although they wouldn?t allow take out because they were short staffed, butthey had signs everywhere for take out ordering (as you walk in and on the website). I could deal with that though. The onlything I didn?t like about the restaurant is how the either manager or owner (not sure which) was talking to the staff. Absolutely delicious food and fantastic service. The owner was very friendly and welcomed us in immediately. We were visiting... the area for a Spartan race and the staff were so attentive and thoughtful to our needs. It is a very relaxed atmosphere and theservice was top notch. Great service and great food! Stop in and give Blue Ginger a try, you won't regret it. Enjoy! P. S.
