Don't like making things about race but I am now. I love how I come in and order my food, they tell me sandwiches are going to... take a little while because they're backed up. Makes sense I can wait, but when the white people who come in and order after meget their drinks and food before me? Why is that? I don't want to think anything bad, but my mind goes straight to that. Theydidn't even have my name on my orders, they didn't call out anything I had to wait and check on my own to see if it was evenready. I understand being busy, I work in food and beverage too, but you can do better. I felt neglected and pushed aside.You'll probably read this and think nothing of it or that I'm exaggerating, but someone might feel the same as I did when I cameinside. Read more
I dont even know the person who serve me knows what customers service is,I didnt even ask for anything but her attitude on top... of that the way she speack and the reply she give..if it was not for the coffee I wouldn't go to there and the worst part allthe starbucks that is inside groceries store has really bad customer service ..poor poor service good coffee.... The cashier was friendly but the cola coffee with foam on top was just nasty. I didn't finish it and went to the Spotted Cow... for a drink that wasn't so bracingly bitter. Read more
This is one of my favorite starbucks. The staff is super nice and usually asks you how you're doing. They are fairly efficient,... but they have gotten my drink wrong at least once. Read more

Went to the Starbucks inside Safeway. It was my grandson's 1st day of school and wanted to celebrate. The barista was such a... pleasure! Wanted to make sure we had a good experience.
