The one time I came here to pick up my mobile order they labeled my drink incorrectly and it was hot when it was supposed to be... iced. She fixed it but the staff has no energy and I?m just sick of poor customer service. Probably need to put better Starbucks Read more
Supposedly open to all people with rainbows and signs, saying "come as you are" but intolerant to children. All the propaganda... and signage is to mask that every place has intolerance and bias. The lady, working there told us our kids were too loud. It wastrue but not to the extent to pretty much "kick us out". Kids are kids, that's why we don't take them to libraries. Went in to wait for in-between appointments and they closed while I was still eating, they let me finish up as they were still... taking orders. They were having technical problems and were having an electrician come in. Although this was my first time goingin I did over hear that it seemed like they might been having other issues before not sure what those might have been. They dohave plenty seating inside and out and the girls were nice. I didn't as many pictures as I wanted, as there was a lot of people,and don't like taking pictures of people unless it's the back of their heads, and once it started clearing out I was able tocapture a couple. There's a lot more outside seating but there was a lot of people out there so I only took one where no one wassitting. Read more

First of all, I'm a Starbucks regular and I love, love the cake pops. So it was disconcerting to come in and see tiny flies... inside the bakery items display case, several of which were right on the cake pops =( Anyway, the barista (who was friendly andhelpful) said that the display case was closed, all the items are display only, and are only selling those that are available intheir storage somewhere underneath the case. So I still got my cake pop. However, I think it was bad judgment to keep theirdisplay case as is with the insects buzzing about inside for all the customers to see. It leaves a bad impression and it made mewonder really what else is "disgusting" and unhygienic at the store. Read more
