Generally I'm a fan of Qdoba. Got food from this specific Qdoba today for the first time. This was easily the worst Qdoba food... I've ever had. The service was fine enough but the chicken was burnt, dry and did not taste fresh at all. The chips weredefinitely not fresh either and also disappointing. Read more

They always have terrible customer service. Last night it was a girl with pink hair that helped me out and i was repulsed by her... service. Not welcoming at all and snappy. Had just gotten off work and saw that this specific Qdoba not only was still open, but was very close to me! It was my first... time here, and I was one of those annoying people that came in within an hour of closing ???? and man, it was busy! But theyflew through the line, and the two men on the line around 9:15pm on 10/26/22 were so sweet and answered all of my questions, andmade my food perfectly! Ordered for pick up and was VERY disappointed. I ordered chips and queso, and two burrito bowls. My queso cup wasn?t filled all... the way so that was a bummer. My burrito bowl was also missing my veggies, and queso sauce. I had requested sour cream and itlooked like they gave me a squirt of an empty bottle and all I got was a few drops, my husband had no sour cream on his eventhough he requested it. I barely had any chicken and the bowl was mostly filled with rice. Not sure if I?ll be back, I probablyshould?ve listened to other reviews but wanted to give it a try. I came in during dinner rush a few nights ago and it?s crazy! You can see all of the workers hard at work and the line is kept... moving as best as possible. Once I got up to the counter there were about 50 online orders and more kept printing. I liked howthey ran the place, do a group of costumers then a group of online orders, this kept the line going and you can tell that thecostumers didn?t have to wait to long and the delivery drivers often didn?t have to wait for the food to be made. The peoplebehind the counter helped with suggestions and pointed out how all of the salsas were listed on the glass so my kid could seehow spicy each salsa would be and even gave us a side of one to see if she would like it for next time. The people that night (Ibelieve Thursday) deserve a raise. There was nothing out of stock and there was a person who looked like he was constantlycooking or getting something from the back to keep everything stocked. The folks behind the counter are very very very very rude. They need to understand that every customer is not from Mexico. It... happened to me so many times that if I ask about the difference between the sauces they laugh and talk something in theirlanguage. I felt insulted.
