I work in the service industry so I know tips are appreciated. However I tip when the service is good. I?ve been to this... location four times. I?ve purposefully ate inside just to see the customer service. When I walk in I get a stank attitude nosmile no welcome but when others walk in it?s cheerful. I don?t know what I did to the workers but I can?t help feeling sometype of bias against me. My money is just as green as there?s. The food was good though. Read more
Sandwiches are good, but i entered the shop and 2 women were working on a families order who was at the coubter, the employees... barely looked up when i entered. I waited about 3 minutes and a man entered, one woman looks up and addressed him?! I then spokeup that i had a google order but no one had addressed me so i was waiting?! The one woman mumbled something like, yes i did?.Well if she did i didn?t hear it. I had a 50+$ order, and added a tip?! So not sure why i was ignored. Not a bad restaurant to stop by and get a sandwich. The place is pretty clean and do not have waiting lines. Friendly staff.
I have to say customer service was absolutely terrible. My family and I came in for some sandwiches but had to use the restroom... first. Since we went there first they got mad at a friend of ours who was waiting and when we got back they said asked if wewere gonna get something in an annoyed tone. We then said we were but they didn?t have to be rude and the lady said ?then thelines over there? and pointed when we were trying to just read the menu. Absolutely terrible. Right after slicing my sub I looked to see VERY thinly sliced meat with only a few pieces on it that barely... covered the sub. I'm not being dramatic. When I then asked politely if I could have more meat, the lady asked if I wanted doublemeat. The 'extra' meat she put on was actually the amount of what a normal sub should have. I worked at jersey Mike's for 1.5years. So I'm pretty aware of how much is a decent amount for a customer. They then tried to charge me for double meat which Irefused to pay for because it was NOT EXTRA MEAT. Read more
Didn't realize what time it was a couple weeks ago, came about 15 minutes before closing (it was a Sunday so they closed an hour... earlier than normal). The staff didn't even seem offput by the late order, it was only a few sandwiches - but having workedretail/food service before; anyone can sympathize with having an order come in right before closing. They made the sandwichwithout issues, were actually cheerful, and very nice! Sandwich was fantastic as always! The staff at this particular locationis always nice, I can't say enough good things about them. Read more
Not a terrible sandwich but their online ordering software didn't give me any option for extra onions that I could see and... putting it in the notes produced nothing. I paid for double meat and frankly the meat quantity was just perfect for regular meatnot double. I also ordered spicy mustard which was not spicy at all and the sandwich bread was so soft it made the sandwich verywet overall. Will not be coming back but if you're only choices are port or subway... it's a toss up, except for the fact thatport is moderately more expensive, $25 for two 8" subs. Read more
