Buyer beware at this franchise owner location. Got a Big Murphy and was missing completely the pepperoni and mushrooms on the... whole pizza. It was a mixed up order, but employees not properly trained.. Expected to be compensated another pizza by themanager, but was told this franchise owner would not do that. Been a long time customer, but they take no responsibility forcustomer satisfaction and it is buyer beware. You have been warned. Find another Papa Murphy?s if you can. Read more

We have ordered here for years and it's normally great, but today I put in an early morning online order to pick up at 12:30pm.... I'm sure they used day old dough for the crust, it didn't raise at all and had the consistency of cardboard. Not happy, hadfriends over to eat and watch the game. I made us ham and cheese grilled sandwiches instead. :( Read more

They have good pizza but they close at 7pm on a Friday night, pretty poor hours if you are looking to turn a profit and get... repeat customers in my opinion. Read more

Pizza was delish. First time having it in a while. Guy running the counter made me totally uncomfortable. Did not say hello when... we came in. When we asked to step outside for a couple minutes while he finished the pizza he got a little snarky. After comingback in I gave a friendly "hey there I'm back" followed by 5-10 long seconds of silence as he walked in from the back. This is the BEST Papa Murphy's location there is! I've asked for extra extra extra artichoke on my pizzas from 3 other locations... and am always disappointed - not this time!! My dude hooked it UP! Give that man a raise ???? Read more

Their pizza is delicious, but their customer service is awful. Young kids who don't care whatsoever. It's always so... disappointing when I go in here. No matter how I order (phone or online or in person), it's always 15 minutes late, wrongingredients, not bringing out your order, along with no apologies. I'm not too crazy about their pepperoni pizza but I do prefer Italian style, so there's that. I'm sure it's a personal... preference. This is all american style. It looked like very fresh ingredients were used and the price point is low. The staffwere hard working but appeared stressed. Can't be easy working in the current pandemic environment where many clients are as*hats. The guy at the cash register was very friendly, professional and personable while the other two were stand offish.Location was clean and they had customers wait outside after paying and brought the pizza out to us.
