Could not understand the person taking my order, when I ordered she repeated it back but I got the wrong order anyway. The... drive through people had no clue what was going on. Moved us up to the next window couldn't find our order, had us park wewalked 10 minutes then walked back to the window and they still couldn't find my order. Five minutes later I got our order,which was wrong. At that point we just kept what we had and left. No a good way to reopen. I won't be back! Read more
We decided to try the newly built building. It was crowded, so it took a bit to get our order as expected. My husband's burger... was hot, mine was cold to warm, our fries were steaming HOT, our sodas were fresh and bubbly. The order was correct and muchmuch better than the old building Read more
Worst curbside experience ever. I literally had to wait 15 minutes after which i entered the restaurant to ask why my curbside... order is not delivered to the curbside parking spot. The manager responded back to me rudely saying that she had problems withthe order tablet and asked me to show the order number. She then went inside to grab the order and just handed over. There didnot seem any problem with the tablet and it only seemed that no one cared to deliver my order. The manager did not even care toapologize that the order was not delivered. I usually go here before work in the morning. Pretty bummed they closed without any warning or signs until after they closed.... Warning would've been nice. Only good place for quick breakfast in mill creek and it had to be remodeled. Read more
Worst experience ever at a drive thru. The lady was so unbelievably rude. I showed up at 10:30, the menu showed only lunch items... so I tried to order lunch items. The lady told me that I can't order lunch because it isn't ready so I have to order breakfast.But there was no breakfast menu so I asked her if she was able to put the breakfast menu up instead. She ignored me for severalminutes and then asked what I wanted to order. I asked again for a menu and she began to quickly read off available items (andonly listed maybe 4 or 5 items). If you are going to change your menus to show lunch items then you need to be serving lunch. Iwill not be going back. Read more
They get one star because the employees always smile and the food tastes like McDonald's food but the service is not even close... to fast food. More like wait 15mins for your order. We've been here a few times and most times have been pretty disappointing. They've messed up our orders several times and never... respond to complaints. The last straw was when we got home and opened our food and found our large fry only 2/3 full with a bigblack hair wrapped up in it (see photo). I wrote to complain weeks ago and they never got back to me. We won't be returning tothis location. Read more
