I've ordered from this location a number of times, mostly placing the order through the app. They've always been on time, but... make occasional errors (please read the notes, folks!) I loved my sandwich. I ordered the number 8, ham, turkey, cheese and bacon. I really recommend that you go to the shop to order... your sandwich instead of ordering online. It only takes a few extra minutes to order it at the shop and that way you will getexactly what you want. The first person ask what you want and puts the meat and cheese on. The next person does the veggies andcondiments and the next person rings you up. If you are there you tell them what you want as they are making your sandwich, more lettuce or none. Same with tomatoes, pickles mayo etc. If you order online there is no way for them to know what you want.Some people like lots of mayo and some don't and if you are there you can tell them what you want. I had saw a sandwich on TVthat was supposed to be the best in the world, but it was in N.Y., so I found Jersey Mike's online and tried it. A breath of fresh air as far as customer service goes!!!! I was originally going to go to the Port of subs nearby, but after... them turning off their signs and locking their doors right after parking my car remembered that Jersey Mike?s was nearby so Idrove over to here to order my favorite sandwich the number 13! I walked in and was immediately greeted with smiles (the fact Icould see both of the gentlemen?s smiles from behind their masks, is saying something!!) as I was looking at the menu to makesure that I did not want anything else besides my number 13 that I always get, one of the gentleman came over and asked what Iwould like and started making my sandwich. Then he started having a conversation with me?. about my day!!!!!!!!! No one thesedays asks how your day has been because, people just seem to have lost their caring nature because of this pandemic, but not thegentleman that took my order!!! He was so kind and we got into chatting enough to the point that I totally forgot to ask if Icould add pickles to my sandwich and asked right before they were about to cut my sandwich they took the top part of bread offand put pickles on the sandwich for me and then I asked if I could also add mayo because it doesn?t come with Mike?s way andthey put mayonnaise on my sandwich and also made sure it was enough!! (Again most competitors don?t ever ask) I am beyondpleased with the attitudes that I saw tonight! It brings a tear to my eyes? literally!! Worst experience at this location! I ordered a chipotle chicken hot sub to go but instead I received a Mike's famous beef steak... philly sub, I called the location from my home and the person over the phone apologized and agreed to refund the money backhowever when I checked my bank statement I received no refund at all, so they lied to me, very pathetic and irresponsible, Iwill never buy at Jersey's Mikes again. I haven't been to many other JM's and this location is pretty close to my house, so I'm not often venturing outside if this one.... I also always order in person and never through any delivery apps, and have always had exceptional customer service and adelicious sandwich. The restaurant is really clean and from what I can see standing behind the glass, the prep area looksreally clean as well. I always order the turkey provolone, mikes way, light oil and vinegar, and extra extra pickles. Everysingle time my order is followed to a T and the employee making the sandwich asks me "how does this look?" before cutting inhalf and bagging the sandwich up. This location is in a strip type mall, so parking is usually always super easy. To reiterate,I think this location is doing a great job and have always left really satisfied. Read more
I would highly recommend getting the Famous Philly Cheese Steak. It's easily the best thing on their menu and it always tastes... very good. The people there are also friendly and get your order out pretty fast, so it's a good place to go for a quick stop into eat/go. Read more
